When we think of out nutrition we think of fruits and vegetables and when we talk about our fitness nutrition we may think of protein, chicken and rice. Well friends I'm here to tell you a few things to consider to make the "nutrition" part of the journey a little less complicated.

Firstly if you ever here someone mention "diet" or "meal plan" and "nutrition" its all pretty much the same and catered around what your eating. So if you are on a diet or taking nutrition seriously and a professional got you on a meal plan its all centered around what you eat everyday.

One thing I will tell you write off the bat is "calories in calories out" now if that turns you off or makes you shy away then do not waste your time with this blog because this is for the hard working people who want real results. Now when you look at the back of a food label you see that there are calories and the breakdown of what makes up those calories. Fun fact about the calories is that everyone expands and uses them differently so its important to take into consideration that if someone you know does one thing then doesn't mean it will work for you.

When you start a meal plan or take better care of what your eating my best tip for you is to start it off slow. Start eating more fruits and vegetables, maybe eating whole foods like plants and meats and grains but most importantly, keep eating what you love.

My last piece of advice for you is to listen to your self. There are tons of influencers and gurus online and I am one of them. The most important thing to keep in mind is that not every single of them can be right at the same time, again you must do what works for you. If you try something and don't like it or find it working then try something else even if the "professional" says differently.
